Glenda R. Snodgrass has been President, lead consultant and project manager at TNE since the company's inception in 1996. She is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CMMC Certified Professional (CCP), CMMC Certified Assessor (CCA), Lead CCA and ITAR Export Control Professional (ECoP), specializing in helping organizations meet their security and compliance requirements. She has conducted numerous workshops covering GLBA, PCI DSS, HIPAA, FAR 52.204-21, DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST 800-171, NIST CSF and the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). Her dynamic personality and effective teaching style have made her a sought-after public speaker and corporate trainer for more than twenty years.

Ms. Snodgrass enjoys cyber security training, threat analysis and mitigation for commercial, non-profit and governmental organizations. In addition to conducting security-related workshops, corporate training and delivering cyber security defense presentations at professional conferences and conventions, she spends time drafting network security policies and developing employee security awareness training programs for clients.

Currently serving as Sector Chief for the Defense Industrial Base for Louisiana InfraGard, Ms. Snodgrass is a 2018 graduate of the FBI Citizens' Academy, and past president of the Gulf Coast Industrial Security Awareness Council. Other professional associations include NCMS, AFCEA and NDIA. She holds a B.A. from the University of South Alabama (1986) and a maîtrise from Université de Paris I — Panthéon-Sorbonne in Paris, France (1989).

Vince Scott

Vince is a U.S. Navy veteran with more than 30 years of cyber and intelligence experience. A graduate of the US Naval Academy, Vince's 21-year career in military operations included cyber warfare, information warfare, and intelligence operations. He conducted Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) activities at the tactical, component, theater, and national levels, in addition to directing ISR operations in support of Joint Special Operations Task Forces (JSOTFs), the U.S. Navy Sixth Fleet, US Central and US European regional Combatant Commands. He served with multiple national intelligence agencies, including time with the US National Security Agency (NSA) as a Chief of Crises Management and Deployed Support. Throughout his time as a Naval Cryptologist, he deployed eight times, including three Law Enforcement Operations tours in the Caribbean, combat operations in the first Gulf War, Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as Bosnia, Kosovo, and elsewhere.

Following his diverse career in military operations, Vince joined Oklahoma State University's Multispectral Laboratory (UML) as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Director of C5ISR. Vince then held positions with P&G as their global leader of Cyber Incident Response and Threat Intelligence, served as a Director in PWC's Cybersecurity and Privacy practice, and led their National Cyber Threat Intelligence Organization. Most recently he served as the Executive Director of SENTIR Research Laboratory and Chief Security Officer of Solutions Through Innovative Technologies (STI-TEC).

Vince founded DCG with the aim of supporting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) throughout the implementation of the new Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). As a veteran and small business owner himself, Vince's mission is to provide thorough, cost-effective consulting throughout the DIB's ongoing compliance journey with high integrity. He is a CMMC Certified Lead Assessor (LCCA), CMMC instructor for both Certified Professional and Certified Assessor, co-author of the CMMC Scoping Guide, and co-author of CCA and CCP training handbooks. He sits on the C3PAO Forum, the CMMC Assessment Process committee, the DoD Small Business Cyber Working Group, is a member of the board for the University of Tulsa Tandy School of Computer Science, is the FBI Infragard deputy for the Defense Industrial Base Sector, and is their Subject Matter Expert on Cyber Warfare.

Steven Clarke joined Silver Ships, Inc. in 2015 as co-owner and chief financial officer, after building his early career in North Carolina and Oregon. Since joining the company he has focused on diversifying its customer base and expanding into other industries such as fire rescue, law enforcement and hydrographic survey vessels. Under his leadership, the company was awarded Small Business of the Year by the Mobile Chamber of Commerce in 2021.

Steven officially became CEO in 2022, having served as acting CEO since 2020, marking the beginning of a transformative period for the company. Notable achievements under his tenure include securing major, multi-year contracts such as a $36 million joint U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard contract, a $15.25 million U.S. Marine Corps contract and a $48.25 million contract for the U.S. Navy. These accomplishments have led to more than doubling the company's revenue during his time as CEO.

A graduate of the University of Miami, Steven is a Mobile native. He and his wife, Katherine Karcher, have two children, Maeve (6) and Rhys (4).

Michael Sensabaugh

Michael Sensabaugh serves as Director of IT & Security for Karman Space & Defense, bringing more than 30 years of experience in information technology, including 20 years in Director-level leadership and more than 10 years within the defense manufacturing industry. His responsibilities encompass cybersecurity, information technology, security, compliance, and protecting the systems and data critical to defense operations.

Michael has extensive experience navigating cybersecurity, industrial security and compliance requirements within the Defense Industrial Base, including serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Insider Threat Program Security Officer (ITPSO). He has led the implementation and maturation of security programs aligned with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171 and NISPOM requirements. His experience spans cybersecurity, infrastructure, vulnerability management, physical security, classified information systems, personnel security, insider threat, incident preparedness and organizational security awareness.

In June 2026, Michael led the Karman Space & Defense – Gulfport team through its successful CMMC Level 2 assessment by a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO), resulting in CMMC Level 2 certification.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Michael has been actively involved in the cybersecurity and industrial security community. He is a past President of the Gulf Coast Industrial Security Awareness Council, past Vice Chair of the NCMS Magnolia Chapter, and a member of InfraGard. Through these roles he has supported collaboration, information sharing and the advancement of security practices across the Defense Industrial Base and the broader cybersecurity community.

Michael holds a BA from Franklin Pierce University and an AOS from Alfred State College. His combination of technical expertise, cybersecurity and industrial security experience, and two decades of defense-industry leadership provides a practical perspective on the challenges organizations face in achieving and maintaining CMMC compliance.

Associate Vice President for Corporate Engagement & Economic Development

James F. “Jim” Martin serves as associate vice president for corporate engagement and economic development at Mississippi State University. The role centres on connecting the university's researchers, resources and expertise with business and industry, and on working alongside local and state economic developers to support job creation and quality of life across Mississippi.

For three decades he served in the U.S. Air Force in a wide range of financial management leadership positions, developing in-depth experience linking strategy, requirements and resources across the full spectrum of operations.

At the time of his retirement from active duty, Major General Martin was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget at the Pentagon in Washington. Leading a professional staff of 130, he was the chief financial advisor to the Secretary of the Air Force, the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, and he and his team formulated and executed annual budgets of more than $132 billion supporting readiness, contingency operations, research, development, testing, procurement and personnel requirements. He was the lead advocate for annual budget requests to the U.S. Department of Defense and Congressional committees, chaired budget review boards of Air Force operational, personnel and support programs, and was responsible for the professional development of nearly 10,000 Air Force financial managers.

Following his military career he was a partner with Kearney and Company in Alexandria, Virginia, where he served as account lead for the firm's support to the Department of Homeland Security, leading multiple teams of more than 80 professionals specializing in operational accounting, budgeting, internal controls, financial and information technology, audit readiness and risk management.

Martin earned a bachelor's degree in professional accountancy from Mississippi State University in 1985.

Aaron Melton serves as Vice President of Administration for Armada Parent Inc., guiding critical business functions across a family of operating companies that includes IMIA, a recognized leader in Navy preservation and sustainment. Drawing on nearly three decades of experience in technology, security, and corporate operations, Aaron leads enterprise-wide initiatives spanning Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, Corporate Compliance, and Administration.

Before joining Armada, Aaron built a distinguished career with Halter Marine and Miltope Corporation—both part of the VT Systems and ST Engineering family—where he helped drive innovation, resilience, and operational excellence in complex mission-focused environments.
